"Ye Hamara Ghar" _ The record breaking Choir 500 special that made headlines with more than 500 performers on one stage performing in 5 different languages . Performed by students from Standard 1 to Post Graduation studying at St. Aloysius , Mangalore in 2004. Composed & Directed by Dr. Senek D'Souza on the occasion of Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam`s visit to St. Aloysius College Mangalore

Ye Hamara Ghar is a special song with 5 different languages in one. It came from nowhere but made waves that one could ever imagine. All of a sudden it had 1000 plus singers singing the same tune and trying to make it to the top. This song was finally performed by the 550 best singers from Saint Aloysius on a single stage making it a record on its own. "Ye Hamara Ghar" was performed for his Excellency APJ Abdul Kalam honorable President of India on his visit to the college at Mangalore. The song received a standing applause from the president & the thousands gathered for the event. This song was composed & directed by Senek D`Souza the then MSW student of Saint Aloysius College who replaced the veteran Bennett Pinto on his sudden demise.
